Regular Pathway
General registration for graduates of senior high/vocational/Islamic high school and equivalent. 3 admission waves are available with various benefits.

Scholarship Pathway
Scholarship program for students with academic, non-academic, and content creator achievements. Fee reduction up to 100%.
Academic Scholarship
For 12th-grade students with an average score above 80
Main Requirements
- •Graduated from senior high school/vocational school/equivalent or currently in 12th grade.
- •Minimum average score of 85 in specific subjects (depending on chosen study program)
- •Overall report card average of 80
- •Legalized photocopies of grade X–XII report cards
- •Submit the online registration form
Non-Academic Scholarship
For athletes, artists, and student organization achievers with at least city-level accomplishments
Main Requirements
- •Graduated from senior high school/vocational school/equivalent or currently in 12th grade.
- •Achievements must be obtained within the last 3 years (for the non-academic category)
- •Original achievement certificates/awards
- •Legalized photocopies of grade X–XII report cards
- •Submit the online registration form
Content Creator Scholarship
For digital creators with ≥5,000 followers
Main Requirements
- •Graduated from senior high school/vocational school/equivalent or currently in 12th grade.
- •Have an active account with authentic engagement
- •Minimum 10,000 followers (Instagram/TikTok/YouTube)
- •Submit social media analytics data if requested
- •Legalized photocopies of grade X–XII report cards
- •Submit the online registration form

6 Steps to Your Dream Campus
Follow a transparent and structured admission flow. We are ready to help at every stage.
Create Account
Access the APU Semarang admissions portal. Fill out the basic form with your personal data to create a prospective student account and receive your username and password.
Fill Biodata & Upload Documents
Complete your full biodata, choose a study program, and upload mandatory documents: passport photo, ID card, family card, diploma/temporary certificate, and achievement certificates if available.
Payment
Transfer the registration fee to BRI account 0327-01-001770-56-3 under the name Institut Karya Mulia Bangsa. Confirm payment via WhatsApp to 0859-4662-4956 (Bela) by attaching the transfer receipt and your full name.
Data Finalization
Double-check all data and documents that have been uploaded. Make sure the information is correct and complete before finalizing the registration process.
Print Exam Card
After your data finalization is verified, download and print your exam card for the selection test. Bring the exam card on the test day.
Announcement
Selection results are announced through the prospective student portal. Accepted students will receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) via email or WhatsApp for the re-registration stage.
